Whether you bring 3+ years of product experience or you’re a seasoned Senior PM with 5+ years under your belt - this role is open to both. What you’ll do:
- As a Product Manager at Cozero you’ll be building from scratch, making strategic decisions, and shaping the product in close collaboration with the head of product, founders and the wider team.
- Lead product discovery: Drive a structured approach to learning from customers, internal stakeholders, and the market to shape solutions that unlock insights, ensure audit-readiness, and meet reporting standards.
- Drive the Product roadmap: Prioritize what matters most for your team and translate the company strategy into meaningful features and user stories.
- Leverage data: Use KPIs, data analyses, and usability research to monitor and improve product performance.
- Lead with vision: Align and motivate your team around a compelling product strategy and clear OKRs that tie directly to company goals.
- Foster collaboration: Partner closely with designers, developers, and climate experts to bring concepts to life - from idea to execution.
- Communicate with impact: Work hand-in-hand with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and climate advisors.
We think you’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager.
- Bring proven experience working in a Startup environment (Series A or B).
- Have a flexible mindset that understands fast-paced environments.
- Are excited to embed AI into your day-to-day work, to supercharge your thinking, workflows, and product outcomes.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Are excited by turning messy, complex datasets into clear, usable insights.
- Know how to prioritize, structure and communicate product initiatives clearly.
- Have a strong grasp of agile methodologies and product discovery practices.
- Are data-informed and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions.
- Have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
- Are mission-driven and passionate about using tech to tackle the climate crisis.
- Excellent communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills and a strong ability to present and defend strategic choices persuasively.
- Are fluent in English (C1 is required).
Nice-to-have: Previous experience working within the Climate Tech field and a strong commitment to fighting climate change.
Where You’ll Work: This role can be fully remote within Germany, Portugal or the UK.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range €70,000 – €90,000 per year (varies by experience and location).
- 27 vacation days + 1 day life event leave (Wedding, Birth of child etc.) + national holidays (Depends on location).
- 500 EUR annual learning and development budget.
- 500 EUR one-time home office setup.
- 100 EUR monthly coworking budget (for those outside Berlin headquarters).
