About Cozero
Cozero is a B2B SaaS company on a mission to make carbon management accessible and actionable for businesses worldwide. We help manufacturing, logistics, and retail companies in the DACH market turn emissions data into financial and operational decisions. Our platform gives businesses the tools and clarity they need to turn climate commitments into concrete action. We're a young, ambitious team that moves fast, thinks creatively, and genuinely cares about the work we do.
About the Role
We are looking for a Freelance Content & LinkedIn Specialist to own the execution of our content strategy at a high level: production, publishing, and LinkedIn community management. This is a part-time engagement (20-25h/week) for a minimum of 6 months. We are open on exact hours, finding the right person matters more to us than ticking a box. Remote in EU/UK: ideally in Berlin, Germany, or DACH.
What you’ll do:
- Write blog posts and LinkedIn content targeting CFOs, Geschäftsführer, and sustainability leads in DACH manufacturing, logistics, retail. Quality over volume. Every piece must reach a genuine thought leadership standard: something a decision-maker would stop scrolling for.
- Publish and manage content on the Cozero website and LinkedIn company page.
- Run LinkedIn community management: engagement monitoring, comment responses, algorithm-aware posting cadence.
- Produce carousel cards and basic AI-generated motion or video content for LinkedIn, without a design team.
- Performance tracking: the metrics that matter, not vanity numbers.
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of experience as a Content Specialist.
- Substantive knowledge of sustainability: decarbonization, carbon management, CSRD, EU ETS, Scope 3, SBTi. This is not something you learn on the job here.
- Hands-on AI production workflow: Claude as a primary tool for research, drafting, repurposing, and format adaptation. We expect this to be demonstrated in your application, not claimed.
- LinkedIn analytics fluency: reach mechanics, B2B engagement benchmarks, actionable dashboard reading.
- Publication-level written English. Every piece you produce is ready to publish with minimal revision.
- Strong plus: Written German at a professional standard.
Our approach to AI: Claude is the primary production tool we use and expect you to use it actively and intelligently. What we do not accept: generic AI output presented as finished work. You are accountable for the quality bar, regardless of which tool produced the first draft.
Why work with Us?
- Real impact - Your content directly supports businesses reducing carbon emissions at scale. Not theoretical, actual tons of CO2.
- Right timing - Series A funded (€6.5M from Kvanted and ENV), growing fast, working with enterprise customers who trust us with their decarbonization journey.
- Exceptional team - Work directly with our founders and with a multicultural, collaborative, and actually passionate about climate action.
- Clean brief - We have a defined strategy and clear audience. You focus on execution and quality, not rebuilding from scratch.
Where You'll Work
Remote in EU/UK: ideally in Berlin, Germany, or DACH.
