Our client is expanding its commercial team and is looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth across key region. This is a high-impact role focused on developing relationships within hospitals, influencing clinical practice, and increasing adoption of a well-regarded product portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across NHS Trusts (including clinicians, nurses, procurement)
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Deliver product training, demonstrations, and clinical support
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing and clinical specialists
- Manage tenders and procurement processes within your territory
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales
- Experience selling into NHS/hospital environments
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and stakeholder mapping
- Ability to influence clinical decision-makers
- Self-motivated, organised, and commercially driven
- Full UK driving licence
- Background in enteral feeding, neonatal, or critical care products
- Clinical or nursing background (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
