We're hiring on behalf of a leading medtech business for a Territory Manager to join their commercial team, supporting their endoscopy and minimally invasive surgery portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with genuine experience supporting endoscopic procedures who wants to step into a role with real autonomy, clinical depth, and earning potential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and key healthcare professionals across urology, gynaecology, and general/visceral surgery
  • Providing clinical and technical support during endoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
  • Supporting theatre set-up and ensuring effective utilisation of imaging systems, instruments, and OR equipment
  • Delivering product training and education on endoscopic systems and surgical technique
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory
  • Meeting and exceeding territory sales targets

What we're looking for:

  • 2–5 years' experience in medical device sales, ideally within endoscopy, urology, or minimally invasive surgery
  • Experience supporting capital equipment and theatre-based procedures preferred
  • Strong clinical aptitude and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working closely with surgeons and theatre teams, and managing complex clinical cases
  • Disciplined, organised, and confident managing your own pipeline
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel extensively within your territory
