The Opportunity

Our client is expanding its commercial team and is looking for a Territory Manager to drive growth across a key region. This is a high-impact role focused on developing relationships within hospitals, influencing clinical practice, and increasing adoption of a well-regarded product portfolio. You’ll be joining at an exciting time, with strong product demand and clear opportunities to grow market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across NHS Trusts (including clinicians, nurses, procurement, and dietitians)
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
  • Deliver product training, demonstrations, and clinical support
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing and clinical specialists
  • Manage tenders and procurement processes within your territory
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales
  • Experience selling into NHS/hospital environments
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and stakeholder mapping
  • Ability to influence clinical decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, organised, and commercially driven
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience

  • Background in enteral feeding, neonatal, or critical care products
  • Clinical or nursing background (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles
