We are Cozee, the fastest growing lettings agency in Central London. We are doubling our revenue year on year but that's not enough. We are looking for an experienced lettings professional that can progress in the role and become the Lettings Manager within the next 6 months.
To be considered for the Senior Consultant role you must have:
- Previous Lettings experience of at least 3 years
- Strong customer service
- Target-driven mindset
- Results-driven with a strong track record
- Highly Organised
As a Senior Consultant, your role will involve the following:
- Register, vet and reach out to applicants
- Organise, co-ordinate viewings, negotiate offers with both tenants/landlords
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality service towards tenants
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire a future business with them
- Increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
