Senior Content Writer in Milton Keynes

We have an insane growth plan for the next 3 years that we want to achieve.

We are hiring an experienced content writer to own and develop marketing funnels and communications across newsletters, social media, ebooks, landing pages, blogs, video script, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, write and create high-impact website marketing content (eg. newsletters, blogs, landing pages, etc.) aligned with business goals and audience intent.
• Build and refine website-based marketing funnels to drive qualified leads.
• Continuously update and improve web pages to maintain relevance, clarity, and conversion performance.
• Conduct informal market research including interviewing customers
• Analyse traffic, engagement, and conversion data. Produce insights and recommendations.
• Ensure all website messaging aligns with brand tone and user journey.
• Conduct A/B testing on headlines, calls-to-action, and layout for performance gains.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in content writing with proven website funnel results.
• Strong portfolio showing measurable impact on engagement or conversion rates.
• Skilled in data-driven marketing, UX writing, and on-page optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
• Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar).
• Ability to write persuasively for different audience segments.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable managing content schedules.
