We are Cozee, the fastest growing lettings agency in Central London. We are doubling our revenue year on year but that's not enough. We now have a goal to reach 5,000 properties under management in the next 3 years.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant or Junior Lettings Manager who has the following skills:
- Good understanding of London's rental market
- Ability to guide the team to rent every single property fast
- Prior experience in handling complex problems and difficult clients
- Ability to think out of the box and contribute to our 3 Year Plan
The key aspect of the role is not the business development but the ability to guide the team on renting properties very quickly and manage operations and plan the scaling of the team and operations to meet our plan.
