Are you a hands-on professional looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Coys Materials is seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our Cavity Finishing line, ensuring we meet production schedules while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a key part in maximizing resource utilization and minimizing costs, directly contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and product quality to our customers. Working Monday-Thursday 6am-6pm Days.
Key Responsibilities
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate the Cavity Finishing line and pallet wrapping machines in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks and accurately complete documentation to ensure products meet strict specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost production efficiency and product quality.
