We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Network Development Manager to spearhead the growth of Coyote's UK business with car dealership groups and aftersales operations. You will own the full sales cycle: identifying and winning dealership customers who want to add Coyote Secure, a Thatcham certified stolen vehicle tracker and recovery solution to their product portfolio as a compelling, high margin add-on. This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious, fast moving team in the automotive technology space, where your deals directly shape the direction of the UK business.
You will work closely with the UK Country Lead and have exposure to every aspect of commercial strategy, product positioning, and market development. If you are energised by opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals that matter, and you want to do it in a category that is growing, this is the role for you.
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
- Work collaboratively with the implementation team to ensure a seamless handover from sale to live deployment.
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities that will accelerate consumer adoption of Coyote Secure, including insurance providers, automotive groups, service operations, finance houses, and fleet operators.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to deepen or expand each relationship.
Market Development:
- Develop a strong understanding of the UK automotive retail landscape, including group structures, buying cycles, and competitive dynamics.
- Represent Coyote at relevant industry events, trade shows, and dealership networks.
- Contribute to the creation of sales materials, pitch decks, and commercial proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, pipeline status, and account information.
- Report regularly on sales performance, deal progression, and market intelligence.
- Work cross functionally with implementation, marketing, and product teams to ensure commercial success.
Key Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and articulate clear value propositions.
- Self-starter mentality, able to manage your own pipeline, prioritise effectively, and stay motivated without close supervision.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail across proposals, CRM records, and follow-up.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK to meet prospects and partners.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience selling into the automotive sector.
- Exposure to SaaS, telematics, vehicle security, or connected car technology.
- Existing professional network within the UK automotive industry.
- Motivated by opening new accounts and driven to exceed targets.
- Stays close to trends in automotive retail, vehicle security, and consumer behaviour.
- Not just a pipeline manager, willing to get into the detail of deals and help dealerships succeed.
