Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Customer Success Executive to maximise the performance of Coyote's growing network of UK dealership partners. Winning a dealership is just the beginning. This role exists to make sure that every contracted dealer actively sells Coyote Secure, sells it confidently, and sells it consistently.

You will be the primary relationship owner for your portfolio of dealerships post-onboarding. That means being embedded in their world: understanding how each dealership operates, identifying where device sales are underperforming, and putting the right support in place to fix it. That support will take many forms; hands-on sales training, coaching for F&I and aftersales staff, point-of-sale and marketing guidance, performance reviews, and targeted interventions when a dealership needs a push.

This is not a passive account management role. You will be expected to treat each dealership like a commercial opportunity, set clear expectations, and drive measurable uplift in unit sales. You will work closely with the UK Country Lead and the implementation team, forming a bridge between the moment a dealership goes live and the point at which they are consistently hitting their sales potential.

If you are energised by coaching others to succeed, thrive on visiting customers, and want a role where your impact is directly reflected in the numbers, this is it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealership Performance & Sales Growth: Own a portfolio of contracted dealerships and take full accountability for their Coyote Secure device sales performance. Identify underperforming dealers and develop targeted action plans to improve attachment rates and unit volumes. Conduct regular performance reviews with dealership management, presenting data on sales activity, conversion rates, and revenue contribution. Set realistic but stretching sales targets with each dealer and track progress against them. Proactively identify opportunities to increase the number of sales-active staff within each dealership.
  • Training & Sales Enablement: Deliver engaging, practical training sessions to dealership sales, F&I, and aftersales teams, both in person and remotely. Develop a strong working knowledge of Coyote Secure so you can train staff on the product, its benefits, and how to sell it convincingly to consumers. Create and maintain simple, effective sales scripts, objection-handling guides, and product conversation frameworks tailored to dealership environments. Identify skill gaps within dealership teams and design targeted coaching interventions to address them. Run refresher sessions following staff changes, low performance periods, or product updates.
  • Marketing & In-Dealership Presence: Ensure each dealership has the right point-of-sale materials, digital assets, and product information in place to support consumer sales. Work with the wider team to develop and deploy localised marketing campaigns and promotional activity that drive consumer awareness and purchase intent. Advise dealerships on how to incorporate Coyote Secure into their existing marketing channels, including social media, email, and in-showroom communications. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing support and recommend improvements.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with key contacts at each dealership, from aftersales managers and F&I controllers to sales executives and dealer principals. Act as the primary point of contact for contracted dealers on all day-to-day queries, concerns, and commercial matters. Escalate technical or operational issues promptly and follow them through to resolution. Gather structured feedback from dealerships on product experience, market conditions, and competitive activity, and channel this back into the business.
  • Reporting & Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of dealership activity, visit logs, training delivered, and sales metrics. Produce regular reporting on portfolio performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes, playbooks, and tools.

Essential Key Attributes & Skills

  • Experience in a customer-facing commercial role, account management, customer success, field sales, or sales training.
  • Confident and engaging communicator, able to build rapport quickly and influence without authority.
  • Commercially sharp, understands what drives sales performance and how to have honest, constructive conversations when results fall short.
  • Natural coach and motivator, energised by helping others improve and succeed.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
  • Comfortable working with data to identify trends, spot underperformance, and present insights clearly.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK to visit dealerships in person.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Experience working within or alongside the automotive retail sector, dealerships, fleets, aftersales, or F&I environments.
  • Familiarity with value-added product sales, such as GAP insurance, paint protection, or service plans.
  • Exposure to SaaS, telematics, vehicle security, or connected car technology.
  • Experience designing or delivering sales training programmes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ownership mentality; treats their dealer portfolio like a business and takes personal responsibility for its performance.
  • Proactive rather than reactive; spots problems before they become patterns and acts decisively.
  • A trusted partner to dealerships; builds the kind of relationships where dealers pick up the phone before issues escalate.
  • Commercially fluent; can read a performance report, identify what it means, and translate it into a clear action plan.
  • An engaging trainer; turns product knowledge into practical, memorable training that sticks with dealership staff.
  • Resilient and adaptable; comfortable managing a varied workload and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative; works effectively with the sales, implementation, and leadership teams to deliver joined-up dealer support.
