Regional Learner Engagement Manager – Liverpool

The Role
As a Regional Engagement Manager, you’ll be at the heart of connecting communities with life-changing opportunities. Your mission is to source and qualify prospective candidates and employers, promoting our pre-employment training courses designed to equip unemployed individuals with the skills and qualifications they need for sustainable employment.
Your Responsibilities
- Build relationships with external stakeholders (DWP, charities, community groups, and more) to identify and meet local community needs.
- Manage regional JCP (Jobcentre Plus) relationships, ensuring compliance with guidelines and providing key data on learner and stakeholder requirements.
- Actively promote opportunities via social media, recruitment fairs, and marketing events, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Deliver exceptional Information, Advice, and Guidance, maintaining high standards during observations.
- Produce accurate and timely reports on activities, enquiries, and progress against KPIs (minimum of 30 completions per month, with a target of 40-50).

- A confident networker with recruitment experience and knowledge of Liverpool’s labour market needs.
- Someone who can effectively promote AEB / ASF courses and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
- A full UK driving licence holder, ready to travel within the region as needed.
