Location: Chester-le-Street (Office-based with regional/national travel) The Role As an Internal Quality Assurer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring excellence in training delivery, assessment, and compliance. You’ll support tutors, employers, and stakeholders while maintaining high standards in quality assurance. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage quality assurance processes to drive success rates and improvements. • Support tutors, learners, and stakeholders while safeguarding learner welfare. • Monitor and standardise programme delivery to ensure consistency and compliance. • Quality assure Level 2 short-course qualifications, including Functional Skills. • Plan and prepare for EQA visits, ensuring all processes run smoothly. What We’re Looking For • Strong knowledge of pre-employment training and Functional Skills. • A1/D32 and IQA/V1/D33/D34 qualifications (essential). • Teaching qualification. • Experience in line management and leadership. • Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills. • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
