Are you an experienced sales leader ready to drive growth and build a high-performing team? A niche apprenticeship provider in the legal and professional services sector is seeking a Head of Business Development to spearhead their commercial strategy and expand their client base.

About the Role:

As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for leading and growing the Business Development team, initially comprising three executives but expanding to seven or eight within six months. You will drive the commercial strategy, inspire your team, and establish a culture of high performance, motivation, and career progression. This is a hands-on leadership role, offering the autonomy to shape and define the division in your own image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a company-wide sales and business development strategy aligned with financial objectives.
