A leading early-stage investment platform is looking to appoint an Investment Partner to help drive the next phase of growth across its portfolio in FoodTech, AgriTech, sustainability‐led consumer innovation and next‐generation nutrition. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly credible, well‐funded investment team with a strong track record of backing purpose‐driven, commercially scalable businesses. The incoming Partner will play a central role in origination, evaluation, deal execution and portfolio value creation, working directly with founders and co‐investors.

The Opportunity

  • Lead deal origination across FoodTech, sustainable food systems, supply‐chain innovation, novel ingredients and food‐as‐medicine categories.
  • Build and manage a high‐quality pipeline through your networks across founders, accelerators, venture studios, universities, and sector specialists.
  • Take a hands-on role across investment appraisal, financial modelling, commercial due diligence, and full deal execution.
  • Work closely with portfolio companies on strategy, commercialisation, partnerships, talent, governance and fundraising pathways.
  • Represent the fund externally across industry events, roundtables and ecosystem networks.
  • Play a key role in shaping fund strategy and long-term deployment plans.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep expertise in FoodTech, AgriTech, consumer innovation, or adjacent frontier tech markets.
  • A strong investment track record within venture capital, growth capital, corporate venture or sector specific investing.
  • Ability to build conviction early, spot commercial potential, and balance visionary thinking with rigorous financial discipline.
  • A strong network across founders, co-investors, research partners and relevant industry bodies.
  • Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial, agile, non-corporate environments.
  • A collaborative, low ego approach with the confidence to represent the investment house at senior level.
