We are delighted to be working alongside a Private Equity Investment Manager as they look to strengthen their South West Investment team. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic investment team with a strong mandate to deploy capital into purpose-led, scale-up and high-growth businesses across sectors such as clean energy, technology, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing.

Location: Covering the South West geography, you will be based in territory and be comfortable travelling around the Bristol, Somerset and Devon regions.

Role: Working as part of a high performing Investment Team, you will be responsible for lead generation through direct and indirect origination, oversee deal execution, support capital raising and provide support and analysis such as market research, portfolio and asset valuation and disposals. Performing sensitivity analysis or reviewing sensitivity results from financial models, you will also support the asset recycling processes including asset diligence, valuation and modelling.

About You: As a qualified Accountant, you will likely be operating in either Transaction Services within a top accountancy firm or potentially Corporate Finance (within industry or practice). With a proven track record contributing to the execution of transactions, you will be comfortable preparing high quality pitch materials and proposals including sector mapping, market analysis and target client positioning, you will be looking to lead the investment portfolio of this leading Investment Company.
