Our client, a listed business, headquartered close to Bristol/Bath with a strong footprint internationally and ambitious plans for continued growth, is looking to appoint a Group Financial Reporting Manager to strengthen the head office finance team. This is a key role with significant exposure to Group leadership, offering the opportunity to lead on group reporting, drive process improvements, and influence strategic decision-making.
The Role:
- Own and deliver Group monthly and annual consolidated accounts
- Lead on technical accounting matters, including IFRS compliance and audit preparation
- Business partner with divisional finance teams to ensure consistency and quality of reporting
- Drive improvements in financial controls, reporting processes and systems
- Support M&A activity with integration planning and due diligence
- Present insights and reports to senior stakeholders including the CFO and Audit Committee
The Candidate:
- ACA/ACCA qualified, likely trained in a Top 10 firm
- Exposure to listed business or a complex multi-entity environment
- Strong technical reporting background (IFRS essential)
