This is a key role with significant exposure to Group leadership, offering the opportunity to lead on group reporting, drive process improvements, and influence strategic decision-making. The Role: As Group Financial Reporting Manager you will: Own and deliver Group monthly and annual consolidated accounts Lead on technical accounting matters, including IFRS compliance and audit preparation Business partner with divisional finance teams to ensure consistency and quality of reporting Drive improvements in financial controls, reporting processes and systems Support M&A activity with integration planning and due diligence Present insights and reports to senior stakeholders including the CFO and Audit Committee The Candidate: ACA/ACCA qualified, likely trained in a Top 10 firm Exposure to listed business or a complex multi-entity environment Strong technical reporting background (IFRS essential) Highly analytical, commercially aware, and able to communicate at Board level A proactive mindset and track record of improving finance processes or controls Why Apply?
