Operating across more than 20 countries and continuing to scale internationally, Anthesis offers a rare combination of commercial growth, global complexity and genuine purpose. This newly created role represents an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Group Finance function and play a key role in supporting the organisation's ongoing growth. The successful individual will gain exposure across corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing, VAT, tax governance and business partnering activities whilst working closely with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
The Opportunity
- Supporting the delivery of the Group's global tax strategy and compliance framework
- Managing UK corporate tax reporting and compliance activities
- Supporting international tax matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinating transfer pricing documentation, governance and policy requirements
- Providing tax input into business initiatives, restructurings and strategic projects
- Partnering with finance and operational stakeholders across the Group
- Managing relationships with external advisors and tax specialists globally
- Supporting the ongoing development of tax processes, controls and governance frameworks
- Identifying opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency and risk management across the international business
This is a broad and commercially exposed position offering significantly more than a traditional compliance-focused tax role.
About You
Applications are welcomed from individuals currently operating within practice, industry or a combination of both. You are likely to demonstrate:
- ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong corporate tax experience gained within a leading accountancy firm, specialist tax practice or multinational business
- Experience working with complex group structures and international operations
- Exposure to corporate tax reporting, compliance and wider tax advisory matters
- An ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-tax stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and desire to contribute beyond technical tax matters
