Role Overview: One of my local government clients is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Parking Appeals and Representations Officer to join the Back Office Parking Team. The successful candidate will report to the Team Leader and play a key role in managing the statutory process related to Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs). Key Responsibilities: * Investigate and respond to all correspondence at various stages of the statutory process including: * Informal Challenges * Representations * Appeals * Charge Certificates * Other related communications * Draft high-quality responses that meet productivity and quality standards * Manage caseloads efficiently and produce work to strict deadlines * Analyse each case thoroughly and make fair, evidence-based decisions Essential Skills & Experience: * Previous experience in handling parking representations and appeals * Ability to analyse evidence and apply judgement appropriately * Strong written communication and time management skills * Familiarity with local authority parking legislation and processes If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Jaun at Coyle Personnel Ltd
