About the Role:

One of my local goverment clienst is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housing Assistant to join the Market Management Service. This role is vital in supporting the delivery of high-quality housing services through efficient administrative, technical, and financial support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, comprehensive technical and administrative support to the Market Management Service.

  • Collate and analyse performance data to ensure accurate and robust reporting for management and performance monitoring.

  • Handle all service enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.

  • Deliver effective and customer-focused service in accordance with corporate policies and relevant legislation.

  • Provide finance support services across the Market Management Service with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate records by entering data promptly and precisely into relevant systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.

  • Experience in data entry, performance monitoring, and customer service.
