About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Hostel Caretaker. This is a key role involving day-to-day caretaking and maintenance duties at temporary accommodation and hostels managed by the Council. Responsibilities: * Carrying out basic cleaning maintenance * Performing regular building checks and ensuring cleanliness and safety * Ensuring security of the premises * Reporting any major faults or health and safety issues Requirements: * Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months or registered on the DBS Update Service * Previous experience as a caretaker, ideally within residential or hostel settings * Ability to work independently and communicate effectively * Good knowledge of general building maintenance If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Jaun at Coyle Personnel Ltd
