One of my clients is looking for a Customer Service Assistant on a temporary basis. This is a 3 months contract with possible further extension. ROLE: Office based call taking, part of a team of 13. Responding to queries around switch board calls, waste and environment and taking spring clean and garden waste payments. 1-2-1 training will be given by an experienced team member and a paired working environment in the office will be arranged for support while learning.
