One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 2:30pm.

Skilled in supervising/managing a team in a busy kitchen.

  • 300+ meals per day.
  • Proven knowledge of all legislation and hygiene procedures.
  • Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 required.
  • Proven customer service skills.
