Job Description

One of my local government clients is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator – Minute taking to assist the Children’s Services Team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience taking minutes in fast-paced and sometimes sensitive settings.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Attend and take accurate minutes during meetings (virtual and in-person)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Format and distribute minutes to relevant teams in a timely manner\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide general administrative support (email handling, data entry, scheduling)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with internal teams and external agencies as needed\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain confidentiality at all times, especially when handling sensitive information\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the public or social care sector\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven minute-taking experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n Good typing speed and strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Teams)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent written and verbal communication\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to remain professional when dealing with sensitive or confidential matters\\n\\nThis role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a busy local authority team.\\n\\nIf interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Juan at Coyle Personnel Ltd
