Coyle Medical is a leading healthcare agency dedicated to our candidates and clients across England. We are currently hiring A&E Nurses across the West Midlands area for full-time shifts, both nights and days.
Location: West Midlands of England
Hours: Full-time, Mon - Sun - Long days & Nights (07:00 – 19:30 / 19:00-07:30)
Pay Rate: £21- £32ph
Start Date: ASAP
Applicants must be a qualified Registered General Nurse with A&E experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical expertise and responsibility to the service in terms of knowledge, clinical activity and guidance as needed
- Maintain a high standard of patient care
- Good knowledge of medication and the safe administration of drugs
- Can demonstrate good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Carry out nursing procedures and acts at all times in a professional manner
- Good verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision
- Offer advice and support to the patient’s families and friends responding to their individual needs
- Respect the need for confidentiality and adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
Mandatory Requirements:
- Registered Nurse NMC registration
- A&E experience within a Hospital setting
- 1 year post qualification experience
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing
