Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Paediatric Complex Care Support Worker with Coyle Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to service users. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities for this package:
- Support delivery of day-to-day care and therapy-based activities
- Assist with mobility, routines, and daily living skills
- Work alongside carers to promote consistency and safe practice
- Support behavioural and emotional regulation where required
- Provide hands-on support during 08:00–20:00 shifts
- Report any concerns and provide feedback to the wider team
- Experience in a Therapy Assistant, Support Worker, or similar role
- Background in complex care, community care, or rehabilitation
- Confident in a hands-on role
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Calm, reliable and proactive approach
- Experience supporting complex needs, learning disabilities, or behavioural needs
- Relevant qualification (Health)
