We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants / Mental Health Support Workers to support an adult living in a supported living setting in Shrewsbury / Telford. This role involves supporting an individual with complex mental health needs, helping them live safely and independently within their home environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and emotional support
  • Support individuals with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge
