Key Responsibilities

As a Paediatric Complex Care Support Worker with Coyle Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to service users. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities for this package:

  • Support delivery of day-to-day care and therapy-based activities
  • Assist with mobility, routines, and daily living skills
  • Work alongside carers to promote consistency and safe practice
  • Support behavioural and emotional regulation where required
  • Provide hands-on support during 08:00–20:00 shifts
  • Report any concerns and provide feedback to the wider team
Requirements
  • Experience in a Therapy Assistant, Support Worker, or similar role
  • Background in complex care, community care, or rehabilitation
  • Confident in a hands-on role
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Calm, reliable and proactive approach
Desirable
  • Experience supporting complex needs, learning disabilities, or behavioural needs
