We are recruiting male and female Support Workers to provide 2:1 support for a 13‑year‑old young person with a brain injury in Bury. This is a hands‑on, child‑focused role suited to active, socially confident individuals.
The Role
- 2:1 support at home, in school, and in the community
- Supporting social activities, sports, music, and outings
- Following an individual rehabilitation support plan
- Maintaining full focus on the young person at all times
Clinical Support
- Brain injury care
- Dystonia support
- Observations
- Use of splints (Full training provided)
Shifts
- Up to 93 hours per week (ICB funded)
- 7 days per week Mon–Fri: 07:00–16:00 / 07:00–19:00
- 5 nights during secondary school term
