Are you an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead looking for a rewarding permanent role in the Bristol region? Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight across complex care packages
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing clients
  • Develop, review, and implement individualised care plans
  • Support the setup and mobilisation of new care packages
  • Ensure safe delivery of care for clients with complex needs (including tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal injury, and brain injury)
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to care staff
  • Carry out spot checks, competency assessments, and care reviews
  • Work closely with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal governance processes
  • Support incident management, safeguarding, and risk assessments
  • Contribute to service development and continuous improvement

Role Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RN Adult) or equivalent clinical qualification
  • Strong experience in complex care settings
  • Experience with tracheostomy and ventilation care
  • Background in spinal injury, brain injury, or neurological care
  • Experience in care planning, assessments, and package mobilisation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
