Are you an experienced and compassionate Paediatric Complex Care Support Worker looking for a rewarding role in North London? Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one care to children with complex medical needs in a home or community setting.
- Perform daily clinical tasks including:
- Tracheostomy care & management
- Airway suctioning (oral, nasal, or tracheal)
- Ventilator support (invasive or non-invasive)
- PEG/JEJ tube feeding and medication administration
- Oxygen therapy and nebulisation
- Respiratory effort
- Oxygen saturations
- Seizure activity
- PEG tolerance and feeding records
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in complex care or paediatrics.
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning techniques
- PEG feeding
- Ventilator support
