Are you an experienced and compassionate Complex Care Assistant looking for a rewarding permanent role? This position offers competitive pay rates of £14 – £18 per hour, ongoing training, and the opportunity to make a real difference. Shifts are available on a flexible basis, including 12-hour day or night shifts (full-time, part-time, or bank).

We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team, to provide high-quality 1:1 complex care support for service users with specialist medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Complex Care Assistant with Coyle Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. Responsibilities include:
- Providing 1:1 complex care support during day or waking night shifts.
- Delivering high-quality care for clients with complex medical needs, which may include:
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- BiPAP/CPAP ventilation support
- PEG feeding and medication administration
- Repositioning, personal care, and continence support
- Monitoring and responding to clinical changes
Key Role Requirements:
To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 6 months’ experience in complex care or a similar healthcare setting.
- Confident in tracheostomy care, suctioning, and PEG feeding (training provided if needed).
- Moving & handling skills, including hoist use.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willingness to apply).
- Legal right to work in the UK.

- The ability to listen actively and communicate clearly with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
