We're supporting a critical ServiceNow programme and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Contract Management Pro consultant to deliver licensed Pro module functionality on a highâimpact project.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering endâtoâend Contract Management Pro implementations (not CLM only)
- Configuring contract intake, authoring, approvals, renewals, and obligations
- Designing clause libraries, renewal automation, and compliance tracking
- Integrating Contract Pro with Procurement, ITAM, Vendors, and optionally GRC/TPRM
- Working closely with Legal, Procurement, and Risk stakeholders
- Supporting regulated / enterprise contract workflows
What we're looking for:
- Proven, handsâon experience with licensed Contract Management Pro
- Clear delivery ownership (design â build â goâlive)
- Strong ServiceNow configuration and workflow experience
- Enterprise or regulatedâenvironment experience preferred
- Contract mindset: outcomeâfocused, low supervision
Please note: This role requires Contract Management Pro experience. Candidates with CLMâonly backgrounds will unfortunately not be suitable.
