Due to an increased need, we are currently looking for a QSHE Manager to work across 3 buildings in Slough. The QSHE Manager will take responsibility for leading all aspects of developing, implementing and maintaining agreed QHSE for 3 large data centre buildings in Slough.

Working as part of an integrated team linking with Site Business Managers, unit staff teams, and client site/HSE representatives dedicated to the contract. You will be based at site, covering the campus in Slough.

  • Must have previous QHSE experience.
  • Ideally hold a Professional Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent or working towards achieving it.
  • Ideally NEBOSH & IEMA, Auditor Training qualified or working towards it.
  • Experienced Manager with experience of hard technical service delivery within FM Industry essential.
  • Data Centre experience is preferred.
  • Experience of implementing and maintaining QHSE systems across an Integrated Facilities Management business.
  • Role Model for Managing Change and good analytical skills.
  • Previous experience of managing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
