Due to an increased need, we are currently looking for a QSHE Manager to work across 3 buildings in Slough. The QSHE Manager will take responsibility for leading all aspects of developing, implementing and maintaining agreed QHSE for 3 large data centre buildings in Slough.
Working as part of an integrated team linking with Site Business Managers, unit staff teams, and client site/HSE representatives dedicated to the contract. You will be based at site, covering the campus in Slough.
- Must have previous QHSE experience.
- Ideally hold a Professional Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent or working towards achieving it.
- Ideally NEBOSH & IEMA, Auditor Training qualified or working towards it.
- Experienced Manager with experience of hard technical service delivery within FM Industry essential.
- Data Centre experience is preferred.
- Experience of implementing and maintaining QHSE systems across an Integrated Facilities Management business.
- Role Model for Managing Change and good analytical skills.
- Previous experience of managing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
