A long‑established UK technology provider is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to play a key role in strengthening and expanding its ServiceNow capabilities. Their clientele predominantly sits in the UK & Defence sector.
This role is positioned at the centre of the company’s ServiceNow strategy. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will shape end‑to‑end solutions across the platform, influencing design decisions, leading technical direction, and introducing new capabilities across multiple modules including ITSM and ITOM. You will guide the evolution of the ServiceNow estate — from enhancing core processes to ensuring new features are adopted effectively — while aligning the platform with wider business goals.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead the architecture and high-level design of complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Provide expert recommendations on ServiceNow best practices, design patterns, and emerging trends.
- Partner with stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to deliver cohesive solutions.
Skills & Experience Required:
