Maintenance Painter Coyle Personnel, one of the UK’s leading family-run staffing solutions providers, is currently seeking a Maintenance Painter to work within a Hospital environment near Swanscombe This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a team committed to delivering Hard Services Facilities Maintenance within an NHS Estate environment. Role Summary: As a Maintenance Painter, you will be responsible for carrying out painting works within wards, communal areas, offices, break out areas and washrooms. This role requires a positive person, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities: * Repair and maintain walls, including striping back, patch work and painting. * Supporting the wider engineering team with HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing tasks as required * Assisting the Fabric team with replacing / repairing doors, easing locks, replacing / repairing skirting boards * Ensure risk assessments are available and ensure safe working practices with consideration for the environment and others\’ safety.
