We are looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy building maintenance team based within a hospital environment in Bromley. This is a fast-paced, busy role, within a noisy environment. You'll be the first point of contact for maintenance requests, ensuring work orders are logged, allocated within the team correctly and tracked through to completion. Plus ad-hoc duties to support the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging reactive and planned maintenance jobs
- Coordinating engineers and subcontractors
- Updating CAFM/helpdesk systems accurately
- Monitoring job progress and chasing outstanding works
- Liaising with hospital staff, engineers, and contractors
- Producing reports and maintaining maintenance records
Requirements:
- Previous helpdesk or facilities administration experience
- Building maintenance, FM, or property services background preferred
- Experience working with CAFM systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy and demanding environment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
