Due to an increase in workload, we are currently looking for an Asset Administrator for a position based in Northwood. We’re looking for a highly organised Asset Administrator to take ownership of data, reporting, and system accuracy across our facilities operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain and update asset records across CAFM systems and databases
  • Support seamless asset data handovers through change management
  • Ensure structured, audit-ready digital and paper filing systems
  • Deliver accurate reports across Asset Management and client requirements
  • Collaborate with operational teams to keep asset data current and reliable
  • Identify risks to data integrity and escalate where needed
  • Produce weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Provide meeting support, including minute taking
  • Support general admin and facilities coordination tasks

What we’re looking for:

  • Building Maintenance Experience essential
  • Detail-driven with strong data management skills
  • Strong excel experience
  • Confident working across multiple systems and stakeholders
  • Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a busy environment
  • Previous SC or DV MOD Clearance beneficial, not essential but the ability to pass UK SC checking is essential
  • Due to the nature and security level of the site only UK Passport holders can apply
