Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to work across East Midlands, ideally based near Derby. The Mobile Maintenance Engineer will be required to carry out reactive maintenance tasks within high end domestic properties across the area.
Our customer is a well known mechanical and electrical builder with contracts across the country. They carry out installation of electrical, mechanical and plumbing to large high end apartment blocks. Due to the amount of installations in the area, we are looking for aftercare Maintenance Engineers to work within these properties, investigating and resolving any defects that may have arisen after the build is complete.
This role requires a positive and adaptable attitude to working, someone with the ability to handle customers, communicating clearly to residents and the support team to resolve issues. This will involve paperwork (done through the use of a PDA) and requires a good level of English.
Ideally Electrically qualified to 18th edition with a strong knowledge of plumbing, heating and mechanical plant, including HIUs. Must have proven building maintenance experience with a stable work history. Our customer has a low turnover of staff throughout their business, which shows the level of care they provide to their workforce.
The role will come with a vehicle and there will be overtime available.
