We are currently seeking a Mobile Electrician to work within high end domestic environment in London This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Electrician to work within a growing team, providing aftercare to high end domestic properties in London Role Summary: As an Mobile Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work within land lord, communal areas and some occupied areas. This role requires a positive person, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities: * Repair and maintain electrical plant and equipment, lights, sockets, controls and carry out fire alarms tests, emergency light tests, etc * Carry out investigation work within domestic properties * Carry out checks to HIU systems, reporting issues to the help desk team * Understanding of BMS systems and how to operate them * Carrying out planned maintenance tasks as instructed by the management and support team * Responding to emergency maintenance tasks as instructed by the management and support teams * Completing paperwork * Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to Required Skills and Qualifications: * Good all round building experience * Electrically qualified – NVQ Level 3 and 17th / 18th edition * Previous experience within a domestic or commercial building maintenance environment essential * Full UK driving licence * JIB Card beneficial Added Benefits: * Van provided * Fuel Card * Overtime available
