Due to an increased workload, we are currently looking for a Mobile Electrician to carry planned and reactive maintenance tasks within commercial buildings in London.

We’re recruiting a Mobile Electrician to join a growing facilities and engineering team, working across a well-maintained portfolio of commercial buildings in London. You will have a list of sites you'll manage day to day, plus additional tasks as required.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites
  • Fault-find, repair, and maintain lighting, emergency lighting, small power, and distribution boards
  • Use a mobile / CAFM system to close jobs and record works
  • Provide a professional, customer-focused service on site
  • Support site based engineering teams with day to day maintenance tasks
  • Take part in an out-of-hours call-out rota

What We’re Looking For (essential)

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 17th / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Commercial maintenance experience
  • Strong fault-finding skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Nice to have: 2391, IPAF/PASMA, CAFM
