Mobile Electrician

We are currently seeking a Mobile Electrician to work within high end domestic environment in London

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Electrician to work within a growing team, providing aftercare to high end domestic properties in London

Role Summary:

As an Mobile Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work within land lord, communal areas and some occupied areas. This role requires a positive person, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain electrical plant and equipment, lights, sockets, controls and carry out fire alarms tests, emergency light tests, etc
• Carry out investigation work within domestic properties
• Carry out checks to HIU systems, reporting issues to the help desk team
• Understanding of BMS systems and how to operate them
• Carrying out planned maintenance tasks as instructed by the management and support team
• Responding to emergency maintenance tasks as instructed by the management and support teams
• Completing paperwork
• Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Good all round building experience
• Electrically qualified NVQ Level 3 and 17th / 18th edition
• Previous experience within a domestic or commercial building maintenance environment essential
• Full UK driving licence
• JIB Card beneficial
