Due to an increased workload, we are currently looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks within commercial buildings in London. We’re recruiting a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing facilities and engineering team, working across a well-maintained portfolio of commercial buildings in London. You will have a list of sites you will manage day to day, plus additional tasks as required.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver PPM and reactive air conditioning maintenance across multiple sites
- Fault-find, repair, and maintain air conditioning units, splits, VAV, FCU; cold rooms and chiller experience would also be beneficial
- Use a mobile / CAFM system to close jobs and record works
- Provide a professional, customer-focused service on site
- Support site-based engineering teams with day-to-day maintenance tasks
- Take part in an out-of-hours call-out rota
What We’re Looking For (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 / 3 Air Conditioning
- F-Gas
- Commercial maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
Nice to have: IPAF/PASMA / electrical / plumbing certificates
