Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing team covering a variety of commercial buildings across London. • Deliver project works, including plant upgrades, replacements, and installations (boilers, AHUs, heating systems, pipework, etc.).
  • Undertake reactive maintenance and fault finding on commercial gas equipment when required.
  • Work on associated mechanical plant, including heating and hot water systems.
  • Support and contribute to refurbishment and improvement projects across buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors.
  • Complete job reports, certificates, and documentation accurately.
  • Support junior engineers with the knowledge and growth.

Requirements:

  • ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (e.g. CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A).
  • Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
  • Strong experience in project works / installations / upgrades.
  • Good understanding of wider building services systems.
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

What’s On Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary with self-employment options available too.
  • Plenty of regular overtime opportunities.
  • Company vehicle & fuel card available.
  • Tools, uniform, and PPE provided.
  • Career progression for those seeking it along with training and development opportunities.
  • Exposure to high-value commercial projects.
