We are currently looking for a multi-skilled building maintenance engineer to work in the Kingston area. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks within an education environment.
Must have an all-round understanding of buildings, able to carry out minor electrical investigation and repairs along with plumbing remedial works, water flushing and temperature checks. Must be electrically qualified with an understanding of building maintenance.
This is a temp role to start, with a view to converting permanent for the right person.
