Due to an increase in workload, we're currently seeking a maintenance plumber to work in the Islington area. The Maintenance Plumber will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks within an education setting.
Work will include:
- Plumbing
- Leak detection
- TMV cleaning and replacing
- Taps replacements
- Occasional unblocking toilets
- Plant room work
Must have experience of working within building maintenance, ideally within a commercial setting. NHS and education setting experience would also be beneficial. Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
This is an ongoing temporary role with a possibility of going permanent for the right person.
