Pay Rates - PAYE Only:
- Weekdays: £21.26 per hour
- Nights: £23.62 per hour
- Sundays: £25.20 per hour
About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join specialist Eating Disorders services in Waterlooville and Midhurst. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and skilled mental health professionals looking for flexible agency work within highly supportive multidisciplinary teams. We welcome applications from RMNs with experience working with adults and/or children and young people (CAMHS) who have eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients with eating disorders.
- Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualised care plans.
- Safely administer and monitor medication in line with NMC guidelines and local policies.
- Support patients throughout their recovery journey using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Monitor patients' physical and mental wellbeing, recognising and responding to any deterioration.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
