Coyle Personnel Description We\’re looking for an experienced Gorundworks Supervisor to start on a long term project in West London Essential: * Full Uk driving License * SSSTS, SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid Preffered: * 3 years experience in supervising projects in construction * Bachelor\’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Position Overview: * We are seeking a competent and experienced Supervisor to oversee and manage subcontractors involved in various projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications * Supervise and manage subcontractors engaged in projects, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and according to project plans. * Monitor and enforce all safety standards and regulations. * Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards or non-compliance issues * Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe and productive work environment. * report any incidents, accidents, or near misses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
