These positions offer the perfect opportunity for graduates to gain experience in their specialist subject whilst earning at least £100 per day. We’re currently looking for Graduates like you to help fill these vacancies and teach your specialist subject, helping you to gain valuable experience that will boost your CV. You can teach anything from P.E to science, Maths, English, foreign language etc.

No prior teaching experience is required for this role, only a degree in a relevant field to that you wish to teach. You must possess the right to work in the UK and be over the age of 18. Being a confident individual who has excellent communication skills is always beneficial.
Working hours and benefits
The working hours of an Instructor are extremely flexible and can occur anytime within the hours of a regular school day (8.30am – 3.15pm). All of our schools operate Monday to Friday and are closed during the school holidays and half-terms meaning you’ll have plenty of time outside of working hours for other commitments. You’ll also benefit from time off over Christmas, Easter, and the summer holidays where you will receive holiday pay. As a Graduate Instructor your set rate to begin with will be £100 per day.
Flexibility
When working with Coyle Education, you’ll have complete control over the shifts that you work, allowing you to organise your week and plan according to your needs and preferences and can work Full-time or Part-time with us. The school year consists of 195 days in total and our average salaries range from anything upwards of £21,500 in the UK, dependant on location and experience.

Coyle Personnel have formed long-lasting relationships with many Secondary schools throughout Suffolk, Essex, East London and Hertfordshire- providing both Cover Supervisors and Graduate Instructors on a regular basis. When working as an Instructor for Coyle Education, you can expect to provide the following responsibilities:
- Arrive promptly to lessons and settle a classroom quickly and calmly.
- Follow the lesson plan provided, ensuring set work is completed.
- Set out clear working expectations, permitting for quiet discussion.
- Manage the behaviour of pupils throughout the lesson.
- Note any issues that may arise and report to a senior teacher.
- Collect all completed work at the end of lessons.
