Job Description:
We are looking for an FM helpdesk / receptionist to work as part of the workplace team.
Responsibilities include:
- Maximo logging of reactive jobs
- Communication with all site stakeholders
- Badge management for visitors and staff
- Support for contracts
- Point of contact for client areas not allowing phones
- Contractor induction management (WPS – Engineering)
- PPE / signage management on site (stock and replenishment)
- Point of contact for printer and photocopier issues (HP management on site)
- Fleet management support
- Organising completed documents into folders
- Sending out emails of corrective actions, collecting responses, and updating trackers
- Interpreting data and preparing presentations
- Assisting QHSE team with risk assessments
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 14:30
